Thank you! I spent a huge amount of time on it, especially on improving the graphics.

There is a progression on the updates. I updated Flug's version. Flug updated Slamt1lt's version. Slamt1lt updated Francisco's version. Flug's coding is a little unique. It took a little time to figure out how to work with his coding but I like the way he did it.

I hope you can play it. I deleted a huge amount of unused audio that should help.

sorry, but is it normal that i see dmd like this, in black and white?

Jim is correct, you need the ZIP file from the download to be saved with the table. The instruction PDF file describes the way you need to set it up. If you don't rename the files, you can copy the ZIP and FPT files to your TABLES folder and you are done.

Just so you guys know, I worked with Ian on a private message. I fixed the problem by removing some code from the script so the table played without the string error. I believe the cause is that Ian uses a Ryzen AMD processor on his PC. I told him that I was surprised he was able to play FP at all considering the problems that others have had with AMD processors. If anyone else has this same problem on their PC that has an AMD processor, I can post the fix but I believe this was an isolated case as no one else has reported the problem.
Having the same issue, also on an AMD processor, can you post the fix please?

It seems it was not an isolated case as I had thought. See the attachment. The only difference in the attachment and the posted table is I remarked out the line of code identified below. What this code does is it saves the default values to the start up values in the tweakers when the table is played the first time. You can do the same thing manually. When you open the tweaker the first time, you will see zeros entered into the Startup values of the tweaker. Just press the save key after opening the tweaker and you will see default values saved to Startup (just like the line of code below does). You only need to do this the first time you play the table. You can then watch the video of the tweaker that I posted and it will make sense to you.

Code:
if nvTotalGamesPlayed = 0 then SaveLightingState(): SaveFizXState(): SaveGameState()

I have the same for some reason.

My DMD is also in black and white. Both files are as follows in the table folder. Medieval Madness 1.03 (fpt) and Medieval Madness 1.03 (zip)

Do you have the table installed on a cabinet? DMDExt won't pass the color. I requested an enhancement here:

https://github.com/freezy/dmd-extensions/issues/520

You might post a comment that you would like the enhancement to be implemented. There is a way to turn the color DMD off in the script.

No, just desktop george

Interesting. I assume that you have the table and zip file with the exact same name in the tables folder as shown below

C:\Games\Future Pinball\Tables\Medieval Madness 1.03.fpt
C:\Games\Future Pinball\Tables\Medieval Madness 1.03.zip

The only other things I can think of (and I am guessing) is:

1) You have the FizX 1K ball zip file saved to the Future Pinball BAM folder (C:\Games\Future Pinball\BAM).

I have tested this condition and BAM uses the zip file in the tables folder and not the one in the BAM folder (at least it works that way on my PC). You might try removing the FizX 1K ball zip file from the BAM folder temporarily and see if it fixes the problem.

Another thing to try is to temporarily save the zip file for this table as "default.zip" and add it to the BAM folder. You won't want to leave it there because other tables would use the color DMD and won't look correct.

2) You are using an AMD CPU or GPU.

AMD processors are well known to cause issues on Future Pinball, especially AMD GPUs. Unfortunately, i don't know of a fix if you are using one or both of these.

I have an AMD processor. No problem anyhow, the table plays as expected. :)

It will better if you turn the color DMD off in the script. It will be the standard red color but it will look better.

You must have a different set up from Ian (see previous posts). He has an AMD processor but I think he was able to see the color DMD.
