Stern Monopoly (Stern, 2001) Is the machine broken?

Hello, I recently started playing the Monopoly pin by Stern. However, I have a feeling the machine I play on may be broken, but I do not know enough about the game to be sure. Three times now I have activated two of the game's 5 multiball modes, and had the game keep launching ball after ball each time I drained one. This can go on for over an hour. I stood there for over 90 minutes collecting jackpots, and racked up over 174,000,000 points. Does something sound fishy about this machine? It seemed to stop just as suddenly as it started. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. I would just like to know if it sounds like the machine has some flaw or not. Thanks.

i may be completely wrong but it sounds like whatever counts the balls used isnt counting properly then all the sudden it does start to count properly
