Great post Charles! Just as I hoped, feedback from the members on which they think is best, which will help us decide, next some more submissions.

Usually is celebrated all weekend I think. Kind of like Memorial Day weekend.

Looking good, not sure about those extras, perhaps spice it up with some chilli?

So for the Cinco de Mayo logo...
We want the hats on ladies. (we all agree)
Flags in hands? (Not sure of placement, behind ladies? lower deco?)
Do we want the cactus on sides? (Do we need this? I actually have like 5 different looking cactuses that look good.)
We don't need anything else I don't think?
Less is better sometimes.

Here is what I like.
The hats on ladies.
The flags in hands. (We could stop here and it would look great.)
The cactus on sides. (I like it, but does it look great? no.)
The sun shining in center. (I like it! lol)
I don't like any objects in lower area.

I am also good with just the hats and no flag.

Like the hats also very fitting.

I like the cacti idea as it fits the theme, though the overlap on the chics arm with that cactus I feel is what detracts from the look.
The Sun doesn't really do it for me and does not really fit the theme to me, as does it never rain on Cinco de Mayo or do you never see sugar skulls?
Objects in the lower area need not be considered mandatory, just something to be included when they fit the theme or improve the overall appearance of the logo.

I could resize the cactus on the sides.
The reason I have it in front of the ladies, is the rock bottom.
If I put the ladies in front of the cactus, then I have to shorten the cactus so it is not longer than the ball.
(The bottom of cactus needs to sit either level or higher than the bottom of the ball, or it throws off everything.)
I can add the skulls, (I am guessing lower deco?) Maybe add them with cactus?
So no maraccas. No sun. i agree.

After this is completed I will start on Shiva's Anniversary logo.
I will need to hand clip the border, as using the magic wand is not working as it bleeds into bottom part of bumper.
So I will clip that by hand. and make it transparent around the border.

Maybe we should do the day of the dead as well, liked the Coco movie.

Still would like to see some chilli, loves me a bit of chilli.

That cacti, you sure we can't find another tall cacti that may fit in a bit better to save all that painful hand work, I know I have done a similar job using the clone tool.

So no maracas.

I think there maybe a miscommunication here, I think they are great and if we implement the side cacti then I felt the centre two were unneeded and could be replaced by chilli.

Oh we could do a great Day of the Dead logo! I believe that holiday is celebrated on Nov 1st and 2nd.

You could chop off a couple of arms on the current cactus, move it over a bit, and this might work to prevent that overlap, without the tedious handwork?
That said, I am doing a bit of a search go look see for other cacti.

Edit:
I can just make yours shorter, and flip them, as I like the darker green color on your cactus.
Just make sure bottom of cactus is higher than bottom of ball, then ball can be placed on top.

Yours is the better looking cacti, you are right that ground level is problematic. Another idea cut that arm off and glue it back on a little higher up, I think it should then fit without the cactus looking too different or without it overlapping the chics arm?

Ok after wasting alot of time moving the wrong branch! lmao
I moved the second branch from bottom right, up some. (For some reason I thought it was bottom branch on right side. lol)

Here are other cactus I have...(Added as attachments)(I like the ones on the ends. 1st and last.)
I had to scale them down as they were 8000x6000 or so.
Do you want the skull to be used on this logo, or save it for Day of the Dead logo?

Looking good, go with the skull for sure, most won't recall and there are many more out there.
