Well, I was off line for two days, and luckily a friend and I figured out the problem, but I thought I would be gone for a lot longer. It ended up being a connection went bad in the surge protector/master control unit I have. So it was simply a matter of hooking my phone line directly into my computer. But for those two days I really felt lost without my daily rounds of the VP forums.
And so I come back and find out that shivaSite has been fried by its host. For now on I'll appreciate each of the forums for what they are, VP forums, and stop fussing because they all aren't exactly the way I'd like them to be. I'll focus on trying to promote VP any way I can, and enjoy the differences each forum offers. Hopefully I'll still find things to discuss and debate, I simply won't be directing my opinions at vpf any longer. So I guess I'll spend more time working on tables and less complaining, even if that's what Grumppy Old Men are supposed to do.
Let's all cross our fingers that shivaSite gets back up and is healthier than ever.
