Oxymorons

I've always liked Oxymorons, one of my favorites "semi-boneless" didn't make this top 20 list. The word oxymoron is itself oxymoronic because it is formed from two Greek roots of opposite meaning, oxys "sharp, keen," and moros "foolish," the same root that gives us the word moron

Interesting list

Thses are among my favorites kinds of word play, Bob, so thanks for starting this thread. Oxys and dumb laws probably show just how goofy we all can be at times. One of my favorites is the name of a 7-11 type retail chain down here in Norfolk called Tinee Giant.
