Williams Pat Hand (Williams, 1975) EM TECH: need help with Match Unit Solenioid

I have a Williams Pat Hand EM I recently acquired. When I turn the power switch on, the solenoid on the Match Unit (in the head) energizes and stays energized. Even after I push the credit button to start the game, it stays energized.

I read somewhere, that the 100 pt score reel triggers this solenoid. I don't see anything wrong with the wiring on that reel. I have ordered a schematic and manual, but was hoping to find my answer here.

Check your fuses, I think I remember seeing this on em games I used to work on. A section of solenoids is failing to start and preventing the solenoids from going through their cycles. The match is stuck on because the game cannot progress to the next procedure.
