the video stated it was a tsunami...it looked more like a rogue wave because it looked like it was in open sea.
rogue waves are hard to predict.
these waves can sink ships.
the wave in the video was small.

If you watch MM III, the car the Tina Turner drives, you can see the actual driver siting underneath her
