No, it was a completely different team.

Btw, I don't think many people know this, but the Pro Pinball founders went on to produce more pinball games as "Fuse Games" & "Silverball Studios." I have one of those games ("Pinball Pulse: The Ancients Beckon") for Nintendo DS, and it's fantastic.

It plays and feels similar to Theatre of Magic, altho it's set in Ancient Greece:
