Help [Request] High Res Black Knight Backglass

As you may have noticed, I have been doing up some new banners for the PN site. I'm trying to spotlight releases based on the month they were released, and the impact of those releases. November saw the release of one of the most high impact games ever, Black Knight, so started to work on it. I'm taking elements from all 3 versions, and I would really like to add the corners (flourishes) of the first game as part of the design, but, no image straight on exists (which is very surprising) of a full clean image of the back glass or a close up of the corners that I can lift and use. The best is at ipdb, but is a bit fuzzy and I may not be able to redraw in the missing artwork and replace the scoring displays due to the lack of clear resolution.

In other words, any one have a real good higher res image of the backglass or the full closeups of the corner artwork around?
