How do I reset the scores on my first pinball machine?

I assume you mean the HSTD (high scores to date) that it shows during attract mode? I'm not familiar with the Sys3 boardset, but I'll give it a shot at translating to n00b for you.

Inside the coin door there should be a small board with a volume control and a yellow button labeled TEST. Push it. The display should show "Left to Step, Right to Select" or something along those lines. You'll be using the flippers to navigate some menus. I'm not sure if that would be found under Adjustments or Utilities... but take a look around. If all else fails, or you feel like you screwed it all up, under Utilities there's probably a Factory Reset option that sets everything back to defaults.

You might look into getting a manual for it. I can't find a PDF online (even at IPDB) so you may have to buy one. Marco Spec. has them, along with all sorts of parts you may need someday. Here's the R911 specific listings...
