I plugged in the machine, hit the start button, Game started and then the machine just shut off. I didn't tilt it. Everything is dead as if a fuse is blown but no fuse is blown. Getting 120 voltage to the transformer.

What about secondary volts out of transformer? Double check the fuse(s) and holders for solid connects.

you want to check out the hold relay. the hold relay pulls in when the start relay pulls in and stays pulled in while the machine is on. the hold relay hold in circuit will have a N.O. switch on the hold relay and usually a couple of anti-cheat switches. since the hold relay is on all the time the hold relay coil will heat up, get brittle , and go bad. with any EM restoration a new hold relay coil should be on your parts shopping list. check out my EM's and beyond paradise post.

Once again a wire came off. This time from the tilt relay. I'll have to go through and check every solder joint. Thanks again!
