Gottlieb Slick Chick (Gottlieb, 1963) - the balls keep resetting?

We had a guy come replace all the rubbers and rewax the board, and something must have tilted it- when the ball goes down, it keeps putting it back into play. The game doesn't shut down after 4 balls, it just keeps going.

Is it something I can check or do I have to get Mr. fix it back? (who also lost the lockdown bar in the process...)
