Yes I have been a smoker on and off and have only called it quits for good four or five months ago. My reasoning was not just for health reasons, also financial, stuff costs a small fortune here at $1 a gram/per cig, also I no longer derived any pleasure from it's consumption and rarely ever did it was more of a habit and somewhat social thing to do. That said I got to say it was not pleasant quitting.
I'm hard so just went cold turkey and got to say those first few weeks I felt like the living dead.
