Sorry to release an update so soon, but there was enough on this to warrant it.

Changelog:
1.1
added lock shields to prevent issue with ball in play knocking locked balls back into play, thus causing issues due to a multiball even that was not being counted.

Dove into the multiball handling and repaired it.

Repaired multiball resets at end of ball

Tweaked physics so table plays faster and smoother.
