Split WIP and New Releases forums

As you might have noticed, I have split the WIP and New Releaes forums and also added VPM versions of both forums. Over the next few days I'll be moving all such existing postings to their proper forums.

Any suggestions for new forums? Make your suggestions below and we'll consider them.

Thanks for the assist Steve. Actually Jon's #1. I'm #2, so I have to try harder, and you're #3, and seem to have most of the answers.
