Gottlieb Super Soccer (Gottlieb, 1975) powers up but game doesn't

I have a 70's Super Soccer that was playing fine but looks like it tilted on player 4 in a previous game. It powers up but won't start a new game. Other than dropping quarters and playing them I am new to pinball machines. Where do I start? THANKS

start by checking the 25v solenoid fuse and manually turn the score motor to see if it completes each 1/3 revolution.
