at the same time, apparently parts of alaska off the arctic ocean have recently hit 85 degrees F or so... which is plain barmy for alaska.

like... did you two regions decide to trade your weather this year...? :D

As for this weather here, almost a real winter here, like 5C degrees and that chill in the air with some rainfall to match.

Still I'm bicycling through it all does the body and soul good. :)

It's hotter than a rabbit's hole here in the Mid-Atlantic. You Know, Rabbits generate more heat than any other animal. I picked up that tidbit(< wow,look at the symmetry in tidbit) about rabbits in refrigeration school. (I don't think I ever typed tidbit before) On hearing about the BTU's rabbits put out I had a notion of heating a green house with rabbits under the floor. I have seen many a rabbit burrow steaming away in the snow. That moisture condenses and freezes on overhanging rocks or vegetation. Sometimes there will be a bunch of icicles pointing right at the rabbits.:gun::albino:
