I know that fastdraw have been working on this a long time ago, and he dos not seem to finish it, too bad
That's why I hope some of the masters in here could finish this awesome table (My favorite pinball!!)

A table like TMNT (and fast draw's other creations) needs much more than a table with a texture to make it a complete game of quality. To properly do a table like that would require a massive amount of work for the code, sounds, music, rules, models with textures, lighting, etc. To do it properly would take many months or work.
