Just a "quicky" post to let every1 know that I have laid all the pins down on the PF and am still doing some slight redraws. I would like this one to come out right before I send it to be playtested.

I have some lines of code as well to add but that is just minor stuff.

I cannot get this table to run properly via VP 9.09 - I just can't get the ball to behave and do what it SHOULD be doing so it will be a VP 8 release in 1024x768 dpi. For some reason or another, the ball is much too big to play on the current playfield.

Anyway, a little more time and this one is finished.

Perhaps if I have even more spare time this next weekend, I will TRY to get it to run properly in VP 9.09!
 
Just let me know if I should test it for you with 8.1, 9.09, or both. I've found that you can't use as many pins with 9.09, since the ball is larger.

Like I said John I think I can get this to run via VP 9.09 but have to tweak PF quite a bit to get that rediculous ball to work.

Why use pins? Bumpers are easier to place and look straighter :)

I agree, but pins or bumpers, the dynamics of VP 9.09 are such that the spacing is different from 8.1.

That's true pal. I figured that out when the silly ball was too big to pass through areas on Variety. It really sucks, but there is always a "workaround" to just about everything in VP! :)

The "workarounds" are what makes VP so cool.
 
I agree. I just have to "erase" the pins I drew on the PF and do some programming. I then have to add some other things to make this one run right otherwise it will not work at all. I'll also have to redraw where some of the pins I drew are on the "older" parts of the PF, so that will take more time. I want this one to look and play sharp.

Playfield redraw has been COMPLETED. Once I get the redraw done for Good Luck, I can finish both of these.
