Web Links Upgraded

The old Web Links program has been replaced with a different one that integrates well with postnuke.

Feel free to test it out, Users can submit new links! The main page shows the categories as well as the Last, Top Rated and Most Hits (Top) Links. You can Search, Rate and Submit Comments about any link.

The new links program can be accessed by clicking on the "Links" link on the left side menu:

Great addition Jon. I've added a few links already and will add more as time permits. An awesome links manager, much better than the old clunker.
