I always love these weight loss pills.....eat pills so you don't have to get your fat ass off the sofa. It's amazing how many "magic pills" people buy ...especially in the US....to use them as an excuse to not to do anything.

The best way to get rid of the fat isn't aerobic excercise..... but weight training....muscle is active tissue and it burns calories even when you're resting.
