i have another interesting story for ya..........
pizza delivery guy knocks on the studio door where randy is rehearsing "takin care of business" and says "you need a piano"
and the rest is history....he went on to a really great career with a lot of great artists.
maybe, it's still an interesting story on how Pat and Normans career decisions worked out for them.Interesting story but according to the posting below, both Robbie Bachman, media sources and Norman Durkee himself have stated that he was actually at the studio as a musician, recording ads in the next room, when summoned by sound engineer Buzz Richmond. According to this version of events, Durkee had only a few minutes to spare, and, quickly conferring with Randy Bachman, he scribbled down the chords (on a pizza box), and, without listening to the song beforehand, recorded the piano part in one take.

Yes :), thats why i posted it.It is the same guy. Hoe many artists go from Rock to Jazz?
I hate to say this but I think she is terrible. It would seem I am in the minority considering how large the crowd is and they are wearing her T-shirts.

i play a little piano but not like Norman....Norman has a very special talent...
google search .... child prodigy
oh well, still a good story. It looks like Randy Bachman believes what he is saying in the video. My guess is Randy thought Norman was a pizza delivery guy when Norman walked into the studio carrying a pizza box with his notes on it.
That band used to be called Green Jello, but Jello sued them, so they changed name to Green Jelly.Who remembers the three hams!
I dont like rap as a whole actually , but that group i like.I hate to say this but I think she is terrible. It would seem I am in the minority considering how large the crowd is and they are wearing her T-shirts.
So... So what!
