Seriously? I can do/have done this drunk. I had an entire weekend as a kid where I played Bobby Orr's Power Play for an entire weekend on the same quarter at a campground. I even kept track, 177 replays on the same quarter.

my approach would be to wear an extra thick sweater, slump comfily on to the top glass, place my left hand over the credit button and my right over the plunger / plunger button.

then i would tap the credit button, tap the plunger, move my right hand to the right flipper button and tap that too.

when the ball drained i would mutter "darn," then go back to an earlier step and repeat.

of course when i occasionally suffered a fit of energy / motivation, i would play normally just to put in some token effort. but overall i would be essentially dozing on top of the machine.

I wood think slinging out the old one eyed venus to aim for a plastic tootle maybe more of an issue without a nurse on hand! :D
