Future Pinball Installation Program and Alternate Executables

The Default.zip file that removes the Future Pinball logo from the table loading screen had more files than were necessary to remove the logo. The 378.TGA file is all that is needed so I removed the other files.

This is a complete rewrite of the original posting which had links to the GoPinball site and also PinSimDB.org. Both sites have now been deleted so the files have been attached here and the links have been changed to working sites.

    B2S server.exe Version 2.5.0.320 How can you make the B2SDMD stay on Visible. Make it the default instead of hidden. Did new install of 10.8 final have many tables I would have to open to change to visible instead of hidden. Any help would be much appreciated.
