Based on the table by Bally from 1977.
Thanks to RipleYYY for suggesting this table. The light numbers are taken from his table.
v1.0 Released 4 August 2010
The table is fast, if you feel it is too fast then you can always reduce the min and max table slopes.
It is angle independent so you may change the view angle too if you prefer.

* MAKING A AND B LITES DRAGON'S DEN TO SCORE 5,000 POINTS.
* MAKING A-B-C-D LITES DRAGON'S DEN TO SCORE EXTRA BALL.
* MAKINGCANDDLITES 2X BONUS.
* MAKING C-D-E-F LITES 3X BONUS.
* MAKING A-B-C-D-E-F LITES 5X BONUS AND LITES OUTLANES TO SCORE SPECIAL.
* 1 REPLAY FOR BALL THRU OUTLANE WHEN LIT FOR SPECIAL.
* SAUCERS SCORE LIT VALUE AND ADVANCE.
* 1 REPLAY FOR BALL IN SAUCER WHEN LIT FOR SPECIAL.
* MAXIMUM 1 EXTRA BALL PER BALL IN PLAY.
* TILT PENALTY BALL IN PLAY

    B2S server.exe Version 2.5.0.320 How can you make the B2SDMD stay on Visible. Make it the default instead of hidden. Did new install of 10.8 final have many tables I would have to open to change to visible instead of hidden. Any help would be much appreciated.
