Added a few decals
Corrected upper payfield flippers to activate one when ball is in play
on upper playfield.

This is my first release. I wish to thank Joep for creating such a
great table and allowing me to release this modified version.

Was able to get the lockkickout working after having some quality
time with a real Popeye machine.

Implemented Mose Flasher like on real machine.

Corrected an issue with the Wimpy ramp that would cause game
to crash if ball was hit up it.

Corrected Top play wheel outhole to exit Bluto's mouth instead of
entering lockkickout.

Sped up the wheel to reduce wait time at ball launch and be closer to
the true speed on the real thing.
