I'm getting the following error when the table has loaded:
Pinball Meditation Error
Script Error: Line 1
Type mismatch: '[string: ""]'

I've moved the three script files from the script folder to the main table's folder with the table file .../Avatar 2.2/

My BAM version is the latest one: 357

Sometimes things get messed with the fpRAM and you have to delete it. You can clear it out by opening the table editor. Click on "Table" and click on "Table Info". Then click on the button "Reset fpRAM file to defaults" which will delete your fpRAM file. Another method is to delete the fpRAM file for the table name saved to the fpRAM folder. It is not something that you should do regularly because it will delete any high scores you have saved.

The new version should not do that anymore.

I had the same issue. Deleting the fpRAM file did it for me! thank you!

The DMD is displaying the following code from the script:

MyDMD.Text = "[f1][xc][y9]Game Settings" & "[y17]Have Been Saved."

It looks like you need to exit the tweaker. You can press the Special 1 key 3 times to turn it off. Pressing Special 1 one time will change the tweaker to Lighting and a second time to FizX and pressing it a third time will turn it off.

If you don't have a Special 1 key on your cabinet, you can press the plunger key so it goes through all the parameters and it will exit the tweaker when you press the plunger key on the option that saves settings to the game tweaker.

Once you exit the tweaker, the normal DMD should appear.

This table was posted with overlays that explain how to use the tweaker that I am guessing you removed when you set the table up for your cabinet. Since this table, I have been including a special version for 3 monitor displays where you will have fewer problems. Unfortunately, I didn't understand how DMDExt operates when I worked on this table. I have since learned that it works best to display the tweaker DMD and overlays on the apron to avoid problems with the backbox. I may find time to update this table after my current table mod is completed but you should be able to get it working with what I said above.

Interesting. The screenshot looked like a cabinet to me. You would still need to turn the DMD off using one of the two methods above.

Did you try pressing the Hud Toggle key to turn the Hud on? Gimli set up the view you are using by default. One of the parameters in the game tweaker allows you to change camera views. In fact there are many options. You should probably watch the video I recorded on the tweaker that I posted on the overview screen but I also pasted it below.
