VPX Recreation FSS VPX MOD's and where to find them.

Well... I have pulled off 4 more. I have wanted to redo these tables for sooooo long for myself, I have really missed playing them since my first FSS releases in Revision 1. Anyway I will try to get all these table releases up by the weekend. (hate updating websites!) the only image missing is tales from the crypt.

Well I won't be able to make my release time of this weekend, I am in the process of verifying all tables to be working in VP 10.6.2+ , 10.7+, and 10.8. It's a task I have been dreading.. but I am doing it. I have done 30 today, only 100 left. This is so my tables are more unified where possible between one another. They will all copy the new profile of my current work which is much better than a lot of my past work! I'm also trying to correct errors as I go.

With the VR Rooms being built in the same download, it doesn't seem like a far fetch for portrait mode FSS to be an easy implementation. Seem like just giving the VR room a static camera position would do the trick. Anyone try this?

Guessing maybe in camera mode, but I have not tried it.

Has anyone else had problems accessing Morttis' tables from fss-pinball? All the mega links are down for me, have been returning every few weeks to check.

I will contact Mort, find out what is going on with his mega links. Sorry bout' that, thanks for mentioning it. I am not responsible for his mega links, so I can't know it something is wrong.

No problem, I reckon they have been offline for a month or more but time seems to be stretching a bit for me lately so not 100% sure. :)
Thanks for all the great work you guys do, the FSS tables really are amazing.

Just did a test download at FFS with AC DC. I did have to wait for a 45-second countdown before the download, though otherwise worked fine.

It is the Mortiss tables that have the dead mega links. Not Nicks tables.

Thanks for caring Mr.Oz but the two first sections are my tables, then Mort's tables are below those sections. and they are out of order unfortunately. I may have to copy them over to my mega account.

If you need the table zips, I have them all in a folder that says Morttis FSS Mods.
(Got these also, when I downloaded the MAME Vertical work you did.)

Just holler if you need them.

I know it's insane, I literally have an entire 2T disk just for VP.. because of all the backup data, photoshop files, source images.. etc..

All is good, all backed up too. But still waiting on a reply from Mort! He may be very busy, so will need to give it a few days! after that I will make alternate links.

Yes I am still in the process of updating all my FSS mods to work on 10.6.2+ and above versions of VP . I just reached the N's so I did Bord's Nine Ball today, I also had to fully rebuild Memory lane! the playfield used was incorrect by a lot so I made a new one, the plastics, apron, moved everything on the table to right spot, new physics. Here are some snaps.

You mean this amazon hunt?? man this image dates back to my first years doing FSS in 2017 . it uses FSS rev1.0 , yes it is on the list, a hidden list!
but as for Wipe Out I'm not sure about that one, it seems to not use the internal pinmame DMD , is this the case?

I'm redoing another old FSS, if the backglass is any indication it should go well, the backglass is a reconstruction of 7 images for various parts. the glass reflection, the lights, the albedo background, the two foreground highlights, the black level, and numerous masks. make up this one image. and its at 2K res, so great detail, in fact I saw detail that I never saw previously which surprised me.

Sure. Outrun, Super hang on, and Radikal are all good but cannot do world rally , cannot find any good cabinet images , and I have looked many times to find some.
