Only 3 pinball machines feature a duck?Only 3 pinballs with a particular feature...
A) This is a pinball sitenobody wants to play the game in my post in #34 on what were the first video games showing up
at the bowling alleys and arcades in 79 and 80 crowding out the pinball.
you don't know....
so what.A) This is a pinball site
B) That is not the game. Somebody posts a picture and we try to guess the game. The person who makes the right guess get to post the next picture.
so what.
i anticipated that.
its part of the pinball history.
Pongnobody wants to play the game in my post in #34 on what were the first video games showing up
at the bowling alleys and arcades in 79 and 80.
you don't know....
the table was asked and answered.....devil riders...#33Either way, if you want to play this particular Guessing Game, you need to guess the table in the last pic correctly, to win a chance of asking the next question, or posting next table clue.
It is not fair to the winner, or others participating in this Guessing game, if others post questions without guessing the current pic posted by winner.
If you were the current winner and someone else tried posting another question without guessing yours, I would say the same exact thing to them.
If you don't want to wait until you guess correctly, just start a new topic of your own, and ask your arcade question there.
I am sure it will be answered.
you right....goodPong

(Sorry mods, I'll take a hit, later alligator)
>>>>The "winner", or "correct guesser", is the one who starts the new question.<<<<And how do you think the person who answered correctly (Post#33), felt when you cut in line with your question? (Post#34)
The "winner", or "correct guesser", is the one who starts the new question.
You have been told this several times by more than 1 person.
It is all about having fun, and maybe learning a bit of pinball history while searching for correct answer for table.
Keeping it fair for all is a good thing.
Otherwise we would have a bunch of questions asked by everyone at the same time.
As for your "cut in line" question,
I am going to guess Pac-Man and Tempest and Frogger and Battlezone and Donkey Kong and Galaga, helped push out the pinball tables back then.
>>>>The "winner", or "correct guesser", is the one who starts the new question.<<<<
well, umm, i've seen days go by without the correct guess did not post another so i did.
again you missed pacman, defender, asteroids and invaders form mars.
these were the money makers i saw at every arcade i went to at that time.
kids were lined up dropping quarters to play them.
the PB machines were removed soon after to make way for the money makers.
What I listed was 12 popular video games that came before Space Invaders ever existedwhat.....read my mind??
it was an easy Q.
Bally 'Slap Stick'So, next spoiler, Jim X was the designer.
umm, pete, go back and read #34 and 55.What I listed was 12 popular video games that came before Space Invaders ever existed
You cannot ask a question about video game history, and then deny video game history, just because it was 'before your time.
I do not careumm, pete, go back and read #34 and 55.
i was not asking for video games that far back.
just the video games in 78-80 that started showing up at the arcades with the decline in PB.
we even had one of these....10c 1play
it was no threat to PB.
midway-haunted house
these were the threat to PB at my local arcade![]()
Haunted House - Arcade by Midway Manufacturing Co.
Haunted House is a Arcade by Midway Manufacturing Co. (circa 1972). Information about it's history and background, photos, repair help, manuals, for sale and wanted lists, and census survey is brought to you by The International Arcade Museum at the Museum of the Gamewww.arcade-museum.com
there were a lot reasons why PB went down.
inflation, rising costs of operations and repair because of all the moving parts and components.
It has been two days, would you like to know more?Easy one
