Well...
After about three weeks of corresponding with their tech support, I missed out on a couple of their featured events and became very disappointed. So I checked the Wikipedia for Shout Factory, taking note of the names of the company founders, and then sent e-mails to them, describing the error, by guessing the syntax of their addresses by name. Shooting in the dark.
One of those e-mails got through and then they took action on the problem. The head requested my IP Address and I also sent along my server and DNS info.
They got it fixed. But me, I'm thinking that if I hadn't contacted the CEO's office, it would still be fucked up.
