Well xnview is what I used which is a fairly basic image tool, that does have some filters and available plugins and an online tool to change adjust colours, I think there are optional extra plugins available that I am maybe missing.

I think I use it to convert WebP to PNG and vice versa, in bulk.

Well you found the pic, and it was the only one i saw that had eyes, and was jumping.The image I posted is your bunny left, my bunny right joined togther both bunnies zoomed to 500% via Firefox and screenshot, yours looks a bit better with a more focused look.
Although I do notice the forum posted images appear a little sharper then the actual Forum logo is rendered by XenForo. Just curious if there are any logo rendering options in admin that might be better turned on or off?
