Changes made:

1- Added "Smoke" routine for rolling ball sound (Bam)

2- Added physics of George (Bam)

3- Completely changed the sounds.

3- Redo the flippers

4- Used Bam command to simply manage the three textures of the Playfield (Normal, On; Off)

5- Remade texture of the cabinet

6- Added routine name in Hi Score and other small things
