My antics here are not related, but a result. My actions there should be all that matters to you. I took your side on a number of issues, maybe pissing off the wrong member in the process. I might not, no certainly do not have as much to share as I have in the past, but that should not matter. A shifting from working on, for myself and others to a desire to collect and enjoy this work as strictly a user was inevitable. Users have issues too though and it should be most welcome to hear those. Mine went ignored. When posted one too many times I guess though was addressed, as not issues at all but harassment. I could list them again, and when taken as what they truly are, IF taken for what they truly are would be good ideas, legitimate concerns, and real opinions on how they could be handled.
I never said I would do anything different than you do. I probably would, but just about anyone else would do things differently than others do. For better or worse, but worse would not be the intent of anyone and it would not be my intent either. I can not force anything and I have no delusion that I can. If I could I would be more reluctant to suggest things that could be tried, because I would feel responsible for the failing if it went that way.
I don't know why things like 'Bugs should be the main concern', and only concern now, if I said it that way, would stir up and resistance to my person, or that the code is there and a key board routine would be isolated from the hardware routine, so should be in the program, could be taken as anything other than a smart idea, but at the time I actually thought there was real interest in the shortcomings of the new build as they related to people with more basic medium therefore more basic needs. And that was your fault I think for saying that all VP players were equal in effect and concerns there.
You don't think I would continue to bring up those shortcomings there at VPF do you? I have been there and I have done that. No matter what anyone feels about it, I know that it is out there and that bringing these things up again is going not going to help any matter. Sad in a way, but I understand it. Is that what you like to read, that someone has accepted that such ideas are out of line?
These are not antics. These are the mindset of someone that has helped VP along for so long and thought had ideas still that would be understood and considered. I assure you in that respect that I have already changed. This kind of treatment does leave a lasting mark, and because of that I really don't care if my forum account or chat access, or anything other than being able to enjoy the fruit of my and many others' labor that I have been involved in for almost a quarter of my life. Read only. One table per day limit, these would all be acceptable and at this point greatly appreciated.
