That was actually the first thing I tried out.
I thought hmmm, I wonder what a snowman pushed over would look like.
It all looked great, until I added chickaball girl. lol
Then I switched to Christmas Balls, and then Snowglobe.

I will add a texture we are not going to use, and add the hats, and I will post it in chickaball thread!

Hey I think I know what you were talking about when you said my letters look blocky @shiva .
I have been using the paint bucket to fill in new color to the words Nudging Necessary.
This has been making it blocky I think.
You can't notice it on the Thanksgiving logo, as I never changed the color of the Nudging Necessary.
I noticed it on StevOz pic above with the Veterans Day logo. Nudging Necessary looks blocky.
So I will just have to type out the word with color assigned, so they are not blocky.
Who would have known that Bucket Fill turns it blocky?

I can't believe both of the methods I used, turn it blocky!
First the Border method, and now the Bucket Fill method.
What in the hell are they good for, if they always turn it blocky?
I checked settings, and there is nothing that makes them have smooth edges on those 2 methods.

I knew typing out the letters was not the problem like Shiva suggested, as they look fine until I changed the color. It was the Bucket Fill making it blocky!

Ok I redid the original texture that you liked best.
(Still looks the same, but I positioned it differently to get the green dots to show just right.)
Added the typed out red word Nudging Necessary, so no blocky letters.
Added snowglobe with pinball tables inside of them.
Added red and green hats.



And with Santa and reindeer silhouette added...
(Just to see what it looks like.)


I think the Christmas logo is done!
Still have New Years, Easter and 4th of July.
I can take my time on the latter 2.
I had to get this Christmas one done before Christmas!
I better start on a New Years one, and get it made so I don't have to worry about it at last second.
Besides I am enjoying working on these!

First I will redo the Nudging Necessary words on Halloween and Veterans Day logos, so they are not blocky from the Bucket Fill which I will no longer use to change color of words.

So how does the Christmas logo look?
Is it good to go? or do I need to keep experimenting with Christmas textures?

Also we could put Mt Rushmore behind Chickaball girl for Presidents Day. lol
I would say put Abe Lincoln hat on them, but they would go way off screen! they are tall hats!
This is fun! And I think it will liven up the site for Holidays!

We can put Pirate Patch on here eye for Talk like a Pirate Day!!
Put a Jedi LightSaber in her hand for May the 4th!

Xmas logo is looking great and the Santa sleigh sillouet is a nice subtle improvement.

It looks like the reindeer are trying to get over that N in Nirvana!
It doesn't clutter it up like the Christmas trees and presents.
I was going to try and add Christmas lights around the perimeter of the pic, but thought it would clutter it up.
Less is better sometimes.

Dammit,
The lines at bottom of logo, below where that anomoly was that you spotted, were out of synch.
Now they look better.

Well dammit I could still see a line there. (On each end of the words Nudging Necessary and down to bottom, exactly where I made my template.)
So I remade template and now the lines all look nice with no sign where my template starts.
If you look at the ones above, you can see where the lines get darker right under the word Nudging Necessary on each side.
Fixed now..

Well your eagle eyes spotted those pixels, so after I fixed that, I zoomed in and saw the lines screwed up.
Fixed that, and then saw it was darker even behind the word Nudging Necessary, as well as below it.
Now it is fixed.

Yes it's that slight shimmer that is the fatal flaw of the cloaking device.

The cherry red does look good, though I still prefer the green as it seems to blend in better, where as the cherry red seems a bit overly bold.

500%, nobody will see this...though there is still a very slight shadow to the right corner of !

Can you mark exactly where it is, and maybe that will help my blind ole eyes?

Wait I think I see it.
Not sure if I can fix that.
Check to see if it is also on the Thanksgiving logo. (I never messed with that word on Thanksgiving logo, so I want to see if it is something I did.)

Well, like I said, nobody could see that unless they zoom in by the maximum 500% that Firefox allows. Though, about the resolution the banner only displays full width @ 170%, which equals...
