While I have no idea who made this game, I would guess it was made in England or Europe. What makes Kosmos different from most pin toys we've seen is the large ball collection area for holding balls yet to be played. It's so unusual that I have no idea how the balls are launched, if indeed the spring is housed in plastic, as it looks to be,
