In Australia, we have 5 major TV ChannelsI only said I liked it, because you wouldn't see news like that on all of the major channels here.
I thought maybe it was a just regular Australian news station, but alas you have corrected my assumption.
I was ready to move down under! lol
3 privately owned, and 2 owned by the government.
Since digital TV was introduced, each station has developed a range of specialty stations, but most of them just show re-runs of Gilligan's Island
The two government stations, one is left leaning, and one makes Bernie Sanders look like a Trumpist
The problem with a government owned biased media network, is they have plenty of money to spend and no shareholders to appease.
If another leftist media tried to get a foot in the door, they do not have the resources to compete and will close quickly.
This has happened to many left-leaning newspapers, most are now shut down or just a shadow of their former selves
