Most people are have centre views politically imo , but here in the UK anyone who doesnt hug the left is tried to be
made out to be far right of late.
Most of us in the UK dont march to any drum , but its definately the left that would try and force us to march to their drum.
The individual ranting on here is a prime example of the stance that get my back up in the UK.
If they went off like that on most social media , they wouldnt last 5 minutes and rightly so.
If they dont like someones beliefs/opinions they will try and slate them to oblivion, yet everyone is
supposed to agree and welcome everything they say.

I saw this kick off not long ago on here, there should be a no politics talk in the rules, that would sort it.

I would strongly suggest that the recent political posts made here and elsewhere be split out to the "THE JUNK PILE," and perhaps merged in to whatever thread as necessary. (including this comment here, please)

(a little note added to explain where the posts came from certainly wouldn't hurt, either)

That's coming from my traditional POV that PN maintain itself as a welcoming, family-friendly, lovely pinball place, for what that's worth. I wouldn't feel good (as a former admin) if newcomers dropped by this site, saw factional fighting, and decided to bug out. No, not good at all IMO...

Perhaps you could just copy and paste your political rant posts into a thread that you can name whatever you want.
And then delete the originals. (You can add your own notes about what topic they were in, or where they came from.)
You have posted so many of these political rants, in all sorts of different topics, I would probably have a very hard time trying to find them all.

Trump was a friend of a DJ I used to listen to well before he ever ran for anything. Like 20 years ago. The stuff he's talking about- the stuff he's doing, is exactly what he talked about 20 years ago. That has not changed. He was asked back then "would you ever consider running"? Trump immediately said "no". Then he thought about it and said "things would have to be very bad for me to consider it". Being a billionaire, Trump was offered a part of the NWO. He rejected the offer and started running after that. He knew how far along things were, as many of us who follow whats going on do as well.

in a way i kind of feel the same.
it's really bad here in the US.
unemployment, rent, housing and inflation are monster problems.
the war has created monster inflation.
gas, diesel and groceries is super expensive.
jobs and wages did not keep up with inflation.
forget housing......a lot of young adults are really pissed off because they feel they will never buy a house.
rent and housing is insane.
that's just the beginning of the problems here.
