This made me want to look up the old arcade I went to as a kid.
It was a place called Castle Park in Riverside, California. (We just called it the Castle when we were kids)
It actually looked like a castle from medieval times, but think it has changed appearance since, and now has carnival rides.
I found recent video, and it looks nothing like it used too.
Then I found a video someone made back in 1982 here on this cool site I found....

Jackson 5 audition 1968 in detroit.
too bad the video quality is not good.

this is the isle of man motorcycle racing.
this is the most dangerous motorcycle race in the world with the fastest motorcycles in the world.
this has been running for maybe more than 100yrs...
back then 70mph was blazing fast.
now 160-180mph and more on the straights.
some of the newer bikes are super fast at over 200mph.
these guys are fearless adrenaline junkies...

Check out this "Making of Jurassic Park Home Edition" video toxie uploaded here...

"Visual Pinball is mentioned and shown multiple times in the video (first time 3:51), apparently Sterns Jurassic Park Home Edition was proto-typed with it by Jack!"

Pretty cool!

What's new in the Arcades for 2024! :pacman:

Someone has made a VPX version of this and it got my interest, so i have been looking at some videos and info.
Isnt a pinball, yet was made by Williams and is actually in the Pinball database.

Great info (inside circuit photos and more) for it below that intertwines it in the pinball world.

Good channel i came across on Youtube, too many good videos to select just one,
but how they make Magnum icecreams is a good one.

@, As of my knowledge cutoff in 2023, the 1933 version of the film "Contact" does not exist. It seems there might be a confusion with the title or the year. The well-known film "Contact" is a science fiction drama released in 1997, directed by Robert Zemeckis and starring Jodie Foster and Matthew McConaughey. It is based on the 1985 novel of the same name by Carl Sagan.

If you are looking for a different film from 1933 or a film with a similar title, please provide more details so I can assist you better. If you are indeed referring to the 1997 film "Contact," it is widely available on various streaming platforms, DVD, and Blu-ray.

New to FP. I'm on Linux and using Lutris. Have installed FP from the Lutris repo. It does not have BAM support so I can only play non-BAM tables. Some of the tables show up w/o a playfield image...how do I fix that?
