It did not say anything about money being returned, but that could work in your favor somewhat. You may need another link to see that once paid for, the service is yours. This complaint is for the lack of those services, not the dollar amount.

You are not being sued Peter. VPF is not being sued either. You see in a way this is just between AJ and myself, AJ's file server too but that's all.

Your only part is saying if this goes forward or not.

I know you would like to see that. but I have to hear, or not, from AJ, nicolas.b, or The ManFromPost. The question is their's alone.
This is too important. Once done it's done. I won't be able to post that I have sent this and am working on the next one then say OK then. It will not be OK then. I will be locked into combat with this staff again. I will do this at this point just as soon as I can. I have waited long enough. I would need to use an alt. just to get a bit of information. I have name and address but not E-mail. Would anyone post AJ's e-mail for me? It is not a required field, but these things would probably be best filled out as much as possible.

The IRS don't care about net money yet, do they? I'll have to look into that.

Look, VPF will surly survive this. AJ's server could very well also without roms or links probably by the time this is over.

This is not action to shut down AJ's.

This is a complaint about the server that I feel I should have access to. And about the money spent towards that end. These guys won't care about him or me. they will just do a job. If AJ's server gets shut down or any restrictions placed on it at all it won't be my doing. It will be some other matter. Roms or some other copyright business I did not mention.

Time is up. I will try one more time to download something from that server, then if I can not I will gather the rest of the info for the complaint, send it and then get to work on the next step towards the end, which so far is just access to the server.

Look. I know this will probably not go far but it is a start. I was told that if I donated money that I could download as much from that server as I would like and that there would be no limit on files per day or anything. That is not the case and that is what I told them. Simple as that. It's a complaint. That's all. It is not the begining of legal action.

It is however, sent.

This is really a good day for the members of both forums and AJ's site. I will never again ask for my membership, or access to the file server at PN or VPF. I will never again disscuss this matter at either forum as well. I will just work on getting as many complaints about the server in as I can, and hope that some day my access is restored, if by order.

The vindictiveness of your posts here would surely get you 'recognised' in VPF and banned almost immediately. Shit! I'd ban you myself if I had the authority to do so! Whatever happened before, get over it for Christ sake.

John put it well earlier in describing his D/A. You don't have to agree with it (hell we all know you won't) just move on and get some respect back. At the moment, however wronged you think you've been it isn't gonna change things and you are just sounding like a spiteful MF to everyone else. When in a hole stop digging!

Whatever the facts (as you see them!) the continuous rants (because that is what they are) and threats are only turning more people against you because of the unreasonableness of your verbatum - or should I say venom!

Rise above it and restore you're dignity. Cos presently, IMO you've got none.
