impressive to try all those things and not get hooked on any of them. not even a little bit, eh?
in terms of speed, i've only ever taken a prescription version called "adderall." no idea what it's called in the nordic countries. but my point is, i found it to be fantastic. and from what i understand, it's a lot smoother and milder than illegal forms of amphetamine. in fact, it seems to be one of the most popular college drugs... a big help in long study sessions and stuff... far more pleasant than taking caffeine pills or whatever.
specifically, adderall really helped me focus and helped reduce my social phobia. it was a great tool for when i had to do a lot of talking / socialising or whatnot... i just felt incredibly friendly, yet also sharp. really was kind of a dream drug for helping with modern life stuff.
of course, the drawbacks are that the body builds tolerance to it over time, and it also produces the urge to grit your teeth for some reason. i suppose that over time, that could be hard on the ol' chompers. so i wouldn't recommend it as a long-term solution, but it can definitely help a person get through hectic crap in their lives.
modafinil seems to have a somewhat similar effect, and is much more prescribed in europe.
kratom is probably the best legal (in most countries) substitute i've ever tried for adderall, just that it's milder and works on more of the opium pathways than the 'speed' pathways. but the effect is similar for some reason.
jesus... one of the most talented actors in the states, philip seymour hoffman, overdosed on heroin and died today. bloody hell.
