A new physics update for Black Knight.

** Version 1.04 **

- fixed BK music not playing
- fixed 2x and 3x playfield values not registering during multiball
- added Double-Tap function to flippers to enable either Magna-Save


** Version 1.03 **

- fixed ball jumping from left ramp
- improved multiball start sequence and added a new sound
- improved lighting
- added new songs to background arcade
- table difficulty slightly reduced


** Version 1.02 **

- new animated backglass
- improved lighting
- improved physics
- improved gameroom graphics and audio
- optimized for Physics 2.3 but will run fine with FP's default physics

Keys:

- Toggle HUD key fades the onscreen DMD on/off.
- Special 1 Key cycles the background sound option.
- MagnaSave is activated by the Left and Right Ctrl Keys.
