Visual Pinball 9 and Windows XP

It looks like I´m the only one but, VP 9 does'nt work in my Windows XP PC. Flippers does'nt move, plunger does´nt move....
Any help will be appreciated folks.

Sometimes it works for me, thought it stutters a lot when it does, and other times it does exactly what you describe. I haven't figured out why yet, but if I do, I'll post it... I'm guessing though that you, like I, have a crappy on-board video card.
